Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 01/01/2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and the purchase of products and services from Infinity Blooms. By placing an order or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Business name: Infinity Blooms
Email: Infinity.blooms@outlook.com
Location: England

2. Products

  • All flowers and arrangements are subject to availability.

  • As flowers are natural and seasonal, colours, sizes, and varieties may vary slightly from images shown on our website.

  • Where necessary, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour palette.

3. Orders

  • Orders can be placed through our website at any time.

  • Once your order is placed and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Please check all order details carefully, including delivery address and card message, as changes may not be possible once preparation has begun.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store card details.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery details are accurate.

  • If the recipient is not available, we may leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour, where appropriate.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods such as fresh flowers

  • Bespoke or personalised items, including custom arrangements and card messages

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of our products, orders cannot usually be cancelled or refunded once preparation has begun.

  • If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not of acceptable quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographs where possible.

  • We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. Weddings and Events

  • Wedding and event services are bespoke and tailored to your requirements.

  • A non-refundable booking fee or deposit may be required to secure your date.

  • Final details (including quantities, colour palettes, and flower choices) must be confirmed by the agreed deadline prior to the event.

  • Due to the bespoke nature of wedding and event work, payments are non-refundable once work has begun or flowers have been ordered.

  • We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions due to seasonal availability or supply issues while maintaining the agreed style and value.

10. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Illness or injury

  • Supplier or transport failure

  • Acts of government, strikes, or shortages

  • Natural disasters or emergencies

If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. Our liability in these circumstances is limited to a refund of any payments made for services not provided.

11. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its operation.

  • All content on this website, including text and images, is the property of Infinity Blooms and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Allergic reactions to flowers or plants

Our liability is limited to the value of the order or service provided.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
