Refund Policy

At Infinity Blooms, we take great care in creating and delivering our flowers. As flowers are perishable and often made to order, our refund policy is set out below.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Perishable and Bespoke Products

Fresh flowers are perishable goods and many of our arrangements are bespoke or personalised.

For this reason:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

  • The 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to perishable or personalised items.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are:

  • As described

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

If your flowers arrive:

  • damaged

  • incorrect

  • or not of acceptable quality

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs where possible.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

  • a replacement, or

  • a full or partial refund

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Delivery Issues

Refunds cannot be offered where:

  • incorrect delivery details were provided

  • the recipient was not available to accept delivery

  • flowers were left in a safe place or with a neighbour as per our delivery terms

If a delivery issue is caused by our error, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve it fairly.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot usually be cancelled once preparation has begun.

  • If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, though this cannot be guaranteed.

5. Weddings and Events

  • Wedding and event floristry is bespoke and tailored to your requirements.

  • Deposits or booking fees are non-refundable.

  • Once flowers have been ordered or work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

  • If we are unable to fulfil your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, any refunds will be handled in line with our Terms & Conditions.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
