At Infinity Blooms, we currently offer local delivery and collection only. This policy explains how delivery and collection work, including timings, costs, and responsibilities.

1. Delivery Areas

  • We offer local delivery within Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn, Lymm and surrounding areas.

  • Delivery availability and charges are shown at checkout.

  • If your postcode falls outside our delivery area, delivery may not be available.

2. Delivery Times

  • We aim to deliver orders on the date selected at checkout.

  • Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

  • During busy periods (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or weddings), deliveries may take place at any time during the day.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on location and will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.

4. Delivery Process

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details, including postcode and contact information.

  • If the recipient is not available, we may:

    • leave the flowers in a safe place, or

    • leave them with a neighbour, where appropriate

We cannot be held responsible for damage once flowers have been safely delivered.

5. Failed Deliveries

We cannot offer refunds where:

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided

  • the recipient was unavailable and no safe place was available

Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.

6. Collection (Click & Collect)

  • Collection is available from Sandymoor.

  • Collection times will be confirmed at checkout or by email.

  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

  • Orders not collected at the agreed time may not be eligible for a refund due to the perishable nature of flowers.

7. Changes and Cancellations

  • Requests to change delivery or collection details must be made as soon as possible.

  • Changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic, or unforeseen events. This does not affect your statutory rights.
